In search of a beautiful sunrise...

I finally convinced myself to wake up early and go out to try some sunrise shots.
Thankfully, a friend ( who would be moving out soon 😔) obliged.

As usually, I have been rusty and bit handicapped without my main zoom lens, I shot all of these pictures with "manual lens". The pain is, that you can't zoom in or out and have to focus manually every darn time. I lost lot of time adjusting my tripod and focusing.
Also, the sunrise wasn't that great...

These aren't great pics but something better than nothing 😁

And here are some other random pics I've been taking:

    1. Thanks Kanika jee :)
Wanderlust.. ah.. well. thanks I could invoke "any" emotion. That's great for a photographer, if they can invoke emotions :)
Wanderlust, as you say, I also have been wanting to do so, all this pics are taken around my place, not at all. But I think, when you say, ah, I would want't to venture out to beautiful places too :D
For now, been spending a lot of time with family. So not sure when I would get my next chance.
Also, everybody is blessed enough. It's all how "badly" you want it :D
Delhi has so many places for that. But then, for you, it's all "ghar ki murgi" :)
Anyway, thanks for your wonderful comment. Made my day(s). Been wanting to reply, but been busy as hell :D

  3. The lens softness really works well for you with the first, and is decent for the third... but I can feel you when pixel peeping at the second and thinking "oh yeah, look at how unsharp the blades of grass are, and the chromatic aberration is totally visible on those tree branches." err, wait... I thought we weren't suppose to do stuff like that :S

It's about the shot, the moment, capturing a brief fragment of time, preserved in frame, for others to see and admire once the moment has long passed.

    1. You have got the "photographer's eye"! It's great to see such comment from you.
I utterly and totally agree with you, the sharpness is not there in few pics as I would want it to be.
And I actually felt a little guilty of publishing those pics. But, that is all I had in the lot for now :)
As you said, I just wanted to preserve the moment.
Hopefully, I won't disappoint you in future posts! Keep posting! <3'

    2. Yeah, I've been slowly getting better and better with my photography. I've switched over to the Fuji-system (but still sporting the X-T10) and still operating under the 'handicap' of a 60mm f2.4 1:2 half-macro and the 16-50mm super cheap kit lens. Though right now I'm renting the 100-400mm + 2x TC for the weekend and have been trying a little dark and blurry bird silhouettes in flight.
